Jim is one of the founding Shareholders of LGWM. He has over 26 years of experience in civil litigation and leads LGWM’s Medical and Health Care and General Liability Practice Groups.

Jim focuses on litigation involving the defense of health care professionals and pharmaceutical and drug companies. Jim’s litigation experience also extends to matters involving products liability, trucking and workers’ compensation. Jim has tried dozens of jury trials in various State and Federal Courts.
